Lansbrook Aquatic Club will have it's banquet at Heritage Springs Country Club on Sunday, July 26, 2009.
MEET RAINOUTS
LANSBROOK AQUATIC CLUB WILL HOLD MEETS IN THE RAIN! DO NOT CALL THE YMCA TO FIND OUT IF A MEET IS CANCELED. IN THE EVENT OF THUNDER WE'LL WAIT 30 MINUTES INSIDE AND THEN TRY TO CONTINUE THE MEET. RADAR WILL BE WATCHED AND THE MEET WILL BE CANCELED ONLY IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!

Lansbrook Aquatics Club has been complimented over the years for our awesome parent volunteers. It's a great way to meet the other parents too!
Your First Swim Meet !
Please arrive at our home meets at 4PM. All swimmers will sit with their age groups. Swimmers under 12 will have a Shepherd for their group. Remind your swimmer to stay with their Shepherd or they might miss their event!
Small chairs are helpful if your group is not on the home bleachers. Drinks and snacks! All teams will have concessions.
Shepherds in the younger age groups will LOVE help in coordinating the relays!!!

THANK YOU to all the prior Lansbrook Aquatic Club parent volunteers! It takes over 35 parents to run a home meet.

LAC SPECIAL NEEDS: Meet Announcers & Officials
League rules require each team to provide at least 2 Officials
If I only had one day to live I'd want it to be at a swim meet...
they last forever!
PRACTICE
Practice will be held in the rain. Practice will be postponed and possibly cancelled if there is thunder. The YMCA is not the point of contact for rain outs.

Tri 3 Racing
Tri 3 Racing has been our team swim suit vendor. This year we have not received our team suits.
Tri-3-Racing has closed it's Clearwater location.
PAL Championships
The PAL Championships are scheduled for July 18th and 19th, 2009
This meet will be held at the Northshore Pool in St Pete. Swim Fast LAC!
