Congratulations to Cam, Kayne, and Rowan for swimming under the 4.0 minute mark for 200IM and qualifying to attend Regional Swim Meets.

Next weekend, 15 LLSC swimmers will be competing at Mel Zajac Jr. International Meet with some very famous people.

PLACE: Peachland Community Hall
MENU:  Pot Luck - contributed by all those attending

• Families with a last name that starts with A-K, please bring one hot item and one salad
• Families with a last name that starts with L-Z, please bring one hot item and one dessert
• Please ensure that each item you bring will feed 4-6 people.
• If the meal that you are bringing requires serving spoons/ladles, please bring them from home.
• We will provide paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, water and juice. 

ACTIVITIES: Lunch, Award presentations, Coach Tina's famous slide show, and for those brave ones...swimming in the lake.
 
Since every family will be bringing food, there is no need to RSVP - just come out and enjoy the festivities.

Camp # 2: July 08 - August 31, 2013 (8 week camp)

Training times for Camp # 2 will be similar to Camp #1.
The final schedule will be posted on the website prior to the start date.
The costs for Camp #2, an eight week camp, will be:

·       Pre-competitive Green: 2 days/week = $106.00
·       Pre-competitive Red:  3 days/week = $177.00
