Poinettia Order Form
Poinsettia Fundraiser
Due to the overwhelming success of the poinsettia sale last year, we will repeat it again this year. We are asking every player to sell (or keep for the holidays) two (2) poinsettia's at $20/each. The poinsettia's are the same as last year, so we expect the same beautiful results. UPDATE 12/2/09 - Everyone will need to pick up their poinsettias on Tuesday, 12/8 at Bulldog field from 2:30 to 6:30!! Please bring check payable to Lakewood Ranch Lacrosse.
FREE Middle School Lakewood Ranch Clinic!
We will be hosting a middle school clinic on Sunday, December 6th & December 13th at Adventure Park from 10am to noon. So plan to attend!!
Varsity Coaching 2010 Season!

LWR Board Approves Multi Player Discount!!
Effective for the 2010 season, the LWR Board has approved a multi player discount; Should a family have two or more players, the oldest player will pay 100% of the age appropriate fee and then next player will pay 80% of their age appropriate fee. If you have already paid, we will refund the difference.

Girls Lacrosse Program!
We are proud to announce the Lakewood Ranch Lightning will offer a girl’s lacrosse program next season! Paula Krupa, previously with Lady Manatee Lacrosse Club, will join the Lightning program and coach the girls Middle School and Youth programs starting next season.
FALL Pee Wee Lacrosse!
We are offering a Fall Pee Wee program for K through 5th grade boys. Starting October 1st at Adventure Park (4:30pm to 5:30pm), Chris Markowski will lead the boys in an instructional based program. The program will last 8 weeks and cost $20. Any questions, contact coach Chris at chris@minvest.com (corrected email).
Volunteer Hours - Players
If high school players are looking for community service, please volunteer as we need people to help with score keeping and several other things.
High School Helmet Color!
Our league, the WFLL, implemented a new rule regarding helmet color for each team this year. The rule states all helmets must have the same color "shell" (JV & Varsity this year) or be penalized. It is mandatory for Lakewood Ranch High School players to have a "WHITE SHELL" helmet for 2009. It is strongly encouraged for Middle & Youth teams. THANK YOU!!
