"LYNDEN GREEN"
JUNIOR FOOTBALL
OUR MISSION:
To provide a quality athletic program for our youth that generates a positive outcome in areas of fundamental football education, skill development, safe football techniques, positive self esteem, quality values, sportsmanship, responsibility, participation, positive relationships,Team Work & life skills on and off the football field.
To the best of our ability every attempt was made to be organized, prepared, consistent, safe and fair presenters to the participants of this program. I would like to say on behalf of our entire Coaching Staff that we enjoyed the opportunity to work with each of these young men.
THANK YOU TO OUR SUPPORTING MEMBERS:
Team Moms, Dads & all the great Family members your commitment is the success of this program, we value your participation and support or it would not be. On Field Crew Great Job again we even had a few moves of the chain and of course it was to give us an extra inch or 2. The Herrera Family you all know why, Our Sponsors again SSK and all of the Lynden sponsorships. Thank You to Jerry Kok if and when something goes wrong it’s nice to have someone to blame. To all the volunteers of LYS/NCYFL No Volunteers no program!
CONGRATULATIONS GREEN TEAM:
From August to today we have been together over 50 times and of those 13 were games/scrimmages.
Your attitude, hustle, participation, listening, learning was outstanding. I thank each of you for your hard work; you made this a very memorable experience for each of us as well as your families. You all worked through many obstacles like a little blood, sweat and tears. Be proud of what you learned and all you accomplished this season. Many of our team as well as individual goals were achieved this season. Please Remember no matter what sport or activity you choose to participate in, if you work hard, focus, make a full commitment start to finish you will be successful.
I hope to have an opportunity to work with each of you again!
My personal Thanks to Coach Eric, Coach Steve & Coach Tim for their dedication and hard work this season. Great Job!
THE PRICE OF SUCCESS:
It’s simple…..Use all of your courage to force yourself to concentrate on the obstacle at hand, to think of it deeply and constantly, study it from all angles and to plan. Nothing worthwhile has ever been accomplished without some obstacle to overcome. Football, School, Life all will have many obstacles if you have a plan you will overcome these obstacles. Believe in yourself!
TEAM PARTY:
Thank You to the Mumfords for the organization, venue and work at the Team Party, Thank You Bellingham Yacht Club...

We will use this game to help us plan for the final league game and to prepare for the up coming playoffs.
