Helping Hands Youth Center is the sponsoring organization for The Moore Park Generals Football and Cheerleading programs

The Moore Park Generals will begin registration for its Football and Cheerleading programs on April 22rd, 2007.Registration is only $70.00(Football)& $50.00(Cheerleading)
The following items are required for Registration
• Photocopy of child(ren) birth certificate
• Completed Medical/Physical form
• Current Picture (of child’s face)
• Photocopy of most recent Report Card
• Completed Registration form
