JOE BRUNO STADIUM
The Montreal Titans' Fall ball team traveled to Troy, New York at the beginning of October to play Hudson Valley. The doubleheader was played at Joe Bruno Stadium, home of the Tri-City Valleycats. Here are some photos taken that day.
L'équipe d'automne des Titans de Montréal a voyagé à Troy, New York au début d'octobre pour jouer un programme double contre Hudson Valley. Ils ont joué au stade Joe Bruno, le terrain des Tri-City Valleycats. Voici quelques photos du stade.
GATINEAU CLASSIQUE D'AUTOMNE FINAL UPDATE
With 3 victories, the Montreal Titans 18U team faced the Yankees of Lac St-Louis Sunday morning, September 13th, at 9:00AM at Parc Sanscartier. They won that semi-final game 4 - 1 with a great pitching performance by Benoît Ménard. The Titans then went on to face Édouard Montpetit for the championship. With Sam Lamothe on the mound, they easily won the title 5-1. The Titans won this tournament with excellent performances by the veteran players, but the games were often dominated by the under 18 group: Jimi Audain, Benoît Ménard, Alex Massicotte, Sam Lamothe and Félix Veilleux! Avec 3 victoires, les Titans de Montréal 18U ont joué en demi-finale contre les Yankees de Lac St-Louis dimanche, le 13 septembre, à 9h00 au parc Sanscartier. Ils ont gagné cette partie 4 à 1. Benoît Ménard s'est illustré au monticule. Par la suite, les Titans ont joué contre Édouard-Montpetit pour le championnat. Avec Sam Lamothe sur la monticule, ils ont gagné facilement 5 à 1. Avec de très bonnes performances de ces vétérans, les Titans ont terminé en première position. Mais, ils n'auront pas réussi cet exploit sans le talent de ses jeunes joueurs: Jimi Audain, Benoît Ménard, Alex Massicotte, Sam Lamothe et Félix Veilleux!
FALL BALL PRACTICES/PRATIQUES BASEBALL D'AUTOMNE
September 1st, 3rd and 10th: Both teams will practice at the usual parks from 6:45PM-9:15PM.
Starting the week of September 14th, the 18U team will practice only on Tuesdays and the 16U team will practice only on Thursdays.

19U Titans win silver/De l'argent pour les Titans 19U
On August 9th, the 19U Montreal Titans won second place in the Tom Meehan Memorial Tournament which was held at Indian River High School in Philadelphia, New York. Congratulations to the team and their coach Ian Jordan.

19U Titans take home gold at Can Am Tournament
The Montreal Titans 19U team brought home the trophy in the Can Am Classic Baseball Tournament which was held in Hamilton, Ontario this past weekend. After finishing first in their pool, they played for the championship at 2:00 PM today, July 19th, against the first place team in the second pool Times New Era at Bernie Arbour Stadium. MVP of the game Tyler Durward pitched the entire 7 innings to get the 6-2 win. Earlier this weekend, Jamal Gittens won the base-running contest. Congratulations to the entire team and their coaches Ian Jordan and Jack Vienneau for their success!
Les Titans de Montréal 19 ans et moins ont gagné le trophée dans le tournoi de baseball Can Am Classic qui a eu lieu cette fin de semaine à Hamilton, Ontario. Après avoir terminé en première position dans leur pool, ils ont joué pour le championnat à 14h00 aujourd'hui, le 19 juillet, contre la première équipe de l'autre pool Times New Era au stade Bernie Arbour. Joueur le plus utile du match Tyler Durward a lancé 7 manches pour mériter ce gain de 6 à 2. Plus tôt cette fin de semaine, Jamal Gittens a gagné la course sur les buts. Where to look???/Où chercher???
When you are looking for information about practices, games, tournaments or special events, always look in the Calendar section first. This section is kept up to date and contains all of the pertinent information concerning times and venues. Plus, you get an overview of the activities of each of our teams for the month in question. The Schedules section contains only a list of the games to be played by each team. When each game is completed, the result will be posted in the Game results section.
Pour trouver des renseignements au sujet des pratiques, des parties, des tournois et des évènements spéciaux, il faut toujours consulter la rubrique Calendar. Cette section est mise à jour régulièrement et contient toute information concernant à la fois l'horaire et l'endroit où l'évènement aura lieu. De plus, vous y verrez les activités de chacune de nos équipes pendant le mois affiché. La section Schedules est réservée uniquement pour afficher la liste des parties à jouer. Quand chaque partie est complétée, vous trouverez le résultat sous la rubrique Game results.
How do I find information concerning each team?
The Montreal Titans' organization has decided that this site will be the home for all three of the summer teams as well as the fall ball teams. The calendars for the Sports-Étude Baseball programs for John Rennie High School and Lester B. Pearson High School are also included on the site. Thus, all information pertaining to these teams and the high school programs can be found here. In each section (Calendars, Schedules, Tournaments, Players, etc.), be sure to scroll down to the appropriate team or high school before looking for any particular information.
L'organisation des Titans de Montréal a décidé qu'il 'y aura un seul site pour les trois équipes de l'été ainsi que pour les équipes d'automne. Les calendriers pour les programmes Sports-Étude Concentration Baseball de l"école secondaire John Rennie et de l'école secondaire Lester B. Pearson sont aussi inclus sur ce site. Donc, toute information concernant ces équipes et ces écoles se trouvera ici. Dans chaque section (Calendrier, Cédules, Tournois, Joueurs) n'oublie pas de sélectionner la bonne équipe ou école avant de chercher l'information désirée.
Weekend travel to the United States
As you may already know, border crossings are often backed up for very long periods of time during the summer months, especially on Saturday mornings. You may want to add an extra hour onto your expected travel time to take these delays into account. If you want to check the situation at the border, check the border wait times before you leave.
Vous savez sans doute que l'attente pendant l'été est parfois très longue
