This is for any 2013 Coaches that need to attend coaching clinic.  If you are not sure if you to attend please contact the Team Head Coach or the city Board of Directors.  These clinics will cover Fundamentals, Strength and Conditioning, Hydration techniques and overview of new USA Football "Heads Up" program which Mt. Baldy will be implementing this season.

Mt. Baldy Conference has joined with USA Football to participate in their National "Heads Up Football" program. This is a program to provide education and training to coaches, players and parents in the areas of Football safety.  More information is coming but see the YouTube video below for more information:
