November 13, 2008 - New Proposed  MPSSAA Classification. The latest proposal, which will be voted by the MPSSAA;s Board of Control on December 10, lasts for two school years and calls for six county schools --- Century, Francis Scott Key, Liberty, North Carroll, South Carroll and Winters Mill --- to be in the Class 2A West Region. North Carroll is moving from 4A to 2A with the opening of Manchester Valley next fall. Westminster will remain in 4A North and Manchester Valley will be in 1A West.
