Check the calendar to the left for the practice schedule. INSURANCE Before practicing, all wrestlers must provide NWWC with the following: 1. A copy/printout of the wrestler's 2009/2010 USA Wrestling Card (click here for instructions). This card is proof of insurance and a "MUST HAVE" before stepping onto the wrestling mat. Click here to renew your card or to purchase a new USA Wrestling Card. 2. A copy of the wrestler's birth certificate. 3. A signed copy of both the Parent's Instructions on Medical Treatment Form and Medical History Questionnaire. 4. A signed copy of the Olympic High School Release Form. 5. A signed copy of the CK School District's Concussion Acknowledgment Form. COSTS A USA Wrestling Card for the Folkstyle and Freestyle seasons will cost $42 and is purchased by credit card through the USA Wrestling website. The club registration fee is $100.00 and covers both the Folkstyle and Freestyle wrestling seasons. The club registration fee must be paid prior to starting practice.
