* If you are playing in our league, plan to make a copy of each of these handouts. Make several of the score sheets and a few extra roster/waivers to keep with you.
General League Information
Application Form
PMCVA is an all adult co-ed volleyball league.
We have two seasons. Spring (March-May) and Fall (September-Novemver).
Our season is 7 or 8 weeks long plus a season ending championship tournament (all day).
We play on Monday Nights 7 pm - 10 pm.
**The tournament is on a Saturday**
The team fee is $350.00.
If you are interested in registering a team, just fill out an application and mail it in along with the $50 deposit. The address is on the application form.
We have two divisions A and B. See the "Divisions" link for a description of the level of play in each division.
Team Captain Information
*The application with the non-refundable deposit ($50) is due before the beginning of each season. You can also send in the entire team fee with application ($350).
1) The first week of play, the signed roster/waivers are to be handed/mailed in along with the remainder of your team fees ($300.00). There is a $10 per week late fee if we don't have your team fees by the end of the first week.
2) You should make copies of all the handouts (Click on the "Handouts" link). Make several copies of the score sheets (8)and a few copies of the roster/waivers to keep with you.
Whenever you have a new player, they need to sign the waiver and you send it in. This is what we use to determine if all your players are qualified for the tournament.
3) Every week you need to email your scores by Tuesday. If you fail to report your scores, your team may receive a forfeit that week (very sad thing if you happened to win your matches!).
