RBVLL Partners with Positive Coaching Alliance
RBVLL and Little League International have partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) for the 2007 season. This partnership will provide our league managers with the opportunity to complete an on-line certification course and become a "double goal" coach. This program is not just for our managers, but for all parents, coaches, and volunteers supporting the RBVLL program. You'll hear terms such as "honoring the game" and "filling emotional tanks" as we work with PCA to provide support and guidance to the youth of our league.

The National Advisory Board for PCA reads like a "Who's Who" of professional athletes and Hall of Famers. The lengthy list includes: Phil Jackson, Larry Brown, Barry Zito, Nadia Comaneci, Dean Smith, Ronnie Lott, just to name a few.
