A dominating 13-1 win versus Coronado at home on Tuesday clinched at least a share of the City League Championship for the Conquistadors.  Today Serra travels to Coronado and a win gives them the outright championship.  First pitch will be at 3:30.

The Serra Conquistadors have played in two tournaments and have won both.  A decisive 11-8 victory over league rival Coronado gave the Conquistador their first ever City Tournament Championship on Saturday.  Serra cruised to a perfect record beating Imperial in the Christian Patriot Tournament finals earlier and the year, and did basically the same going a perfect 6-0 in the City Tournament.  Central League play opens up this week with games against Christian and Clairemont, and they play non-league games against Eastlakea and Francis Parker.
