16U ASA DALTON QUALIFIER BRACKETS ARE AVAILABLE
The brackets for the Memorial Day Dalton Qualifier are now posted. The brackets are to the left on the top link. There will be no Friday Night play. Sorry for any delay in the brackets. We are looking forward to having all of you here in Dalton!!! Please keep in mind that if there is a rainout on Saturday or Sunday we will play on Monday. SOUTHERN SOFTBALL AND ASA TOGETHER
Southern Softball is pleased to announce that we have partnered up with ASA. Looking across this tri-state area, we are blessed to have some of the best softball teams not only in the southeast, but also the country. There are more than 2000 "travel" or "select" softball teams in the state of Georgia alone. We are pleased to bring ASA back to Heritage Point Park. Heritage Point is one of the finest parks in the south. We are proud to announce we will be hosting the 10u and 12u ASA Association Berth tournaments this year.
We understand the frustrations of dealing with state directors and tournament directors that only worry about the bottom line. They only worry about how much money they can take out of your pockets on the entry fees and how much they can squeeze from your parents at the gate. We have seen tournament directors "hang on" to teams as late as Thursday, only to inform them that "Sorry, we don't have enough teams". They don't care if you got to play that weekend or not, they only care that they didn't have enough teams to make their money. We've seen state directors and tournament directors not care enough to play by the rules. We've seen state directors not care enough to take phone calls or answer emails. This is not the way we do business.
We understand the challenges of the economy and we are going to work with you and for you so you can have the experience you and your team is looking for, at a price that EVERYONE can afford. We hope to see you in North Georgia. Come to the mountains and let us take care of you.
