If you don't have MS Word or have problems opening files in MS Word 2007, you can download Word Viewer and the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack which will allow you to open all MS Word versions (including 2007).

Team captains!

Game rosters are required by INSA bylaws. Any legible piece of paper will do but, you can download blank rosters. Rosters must include players first and last name and jersey number, the team name and the coach if not a listed player. Turn in a game roster prior to each game to the referee. Referees are instructed not to start the game until you have given them the roster. NO ROSTER.........NO GAME!

Please evaluate your referees and report your scores! There is a new Game Report Form that allows you to do both at the same time.
