Before the start of each game, the referee must be given player cards and a game roster. If pick up players are allowed, a Pick Up Player Slip must be given to the referee at that time.

Game rosters are required by INSA bylaws. Any legible piece of paper will do but, you can download blank rosters. Rosters must include players first and last name and jersey number, the team name and the coach if not a listed player. Turn in a game roster prior to each game to the referee. Referees are instructed not to start the game until you have given them the roster. NO ROSTER.........NO GAME!

Please evaluate your referees and report your scores! There is a new Game Report Form that allows you to do both at the same time.
