Greetings Class of 89,
It's times like these that really bring us all together. Some of you may have already heard that one of our Bulldogs passed away early Saturday morning...Gemara Roblow-Nelson.
The Reunion Committee didn't take a second thought about donating funds from the reunion account to present to Gemara's family. We will be purchasing a large floral arrangement on behalf of the entire Class of 89. We are asking anyone who wants to donate monetarily, to go to the reunion website at http://www.techclassof89.com and click on the PayPal link. We would like to present the family with a check by Friday, but we will continue to accept donations until the 1st of November. All proceeds up until November 1st will go to Gemara's family.
The final arrangements are as follows:
The wake will be Friday, Oct. 23rd from 6 to 8pm, at Greater St. James Baptist Church located in Downtown FTW, 210 Harding St, Fort Worth, TX 76102.
The funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 24th at 11am, at Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church, 4800 S Riverside Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76119.
