Photo/Player of the Month

Lincoln Barlow goes 4-7 against the Murray Slame & Desert Heat on his way to a hitting streak that has him hitting .395 over the past 24 games in the past month and .533 over the past 16 games including a base clearing triple against the tough Utah Highlanders that tied the game.    Congratulations on his top performance for the month.

Salt Lake Bees - Utah Fire Day (April 18th @ 2:05PM)

What a great time everyone had as the Salt Lake Bees exploded for 7 runs in the bottom of  the 9th inning to win the game.  We got to watch 3 home runs in the final inning as the Bees made up for struggling through the first 8 innings against a very tough AAA Tacoma team.

All of the boys got to go out on the field, meet their favorite players, view where the players prepare for the games off the field, batting cages, locker rooms and get some autographs.   The weather was perfect enough for a slight tan, but not a sun burn.  We look forward to doing this again in future years.  Many thanks to the SLC Bees and Bar-S Foods for providing the experience of a lifetime for youth baseball and softball teams in the area. During the 2010 season our team was selected to join the Salt Lake Bees, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, during a home game at Spring Mobile Ballpark on Sunday, April 18th against the Tacoma Rainiers AAA Baseball team who finished first in their division 1.5 games head of the Bees.
