Registration:
$350 (5/2/13 through 7/1/13 This fee includes Registration ($225) and Fundraising ($125 in the form of raffle tickets which can be sold any time prior to the drawing or used by the registered player’s parents, legal guardian, or designee.).

For anyone who has not returned your equipment, please contact Joe Urban and drop it off at the Park District. We have a list of names who have not returned the equipment, and they will be restricted from participation of Park District activities until everything is returned. Contact Joe Urban at:
