Our Mitey Mite and Junior Pee Wee teams are full, and on a waiting list. There is still space available on many of our other teams. If you are interested in registering a child for the upcoming season please contact us to set up an appointment to register. Laura@wowildcats.com
Registration fees are $175 for the 2013 season.
2013 registration forms are currently available on the forms tab on our website. Please complete the following forms:
2013 West Orange Registration Form
Pop Warner consent form
Code of Conduct Form
copy of original birth certificate (bring original for verification during official weigh in)
2013 Pop Warner Physical - original ink signed document - actual physical completed in the 2013 calendar year
copy of current utility bill or lease for address verification
copy of current insurance card
Payment - checks/money orders made payable to West Orange Youth Football, or signed credit card form.
Remember to please bring football players by during one of the registration dates for offical weigh in, and equipment fitting.
