Whitman Comeback Falls Short
The Whitman Boys Varsity Basketball season came to an end Friday night with a hard-fought 50-44 loss to Churchill. Charlie Waugh's 3 pointer with :30 left cut the Bulldog lead to 3, but the Vikings rally came up a bit short. Eddie Wytkind and Amin Haririnia led Whitman with 11 points apiece and guard Michael Fowler added 10 in his final game. The Vikings finish the season 11-12. Whitman has 3 starters and 7 players returning for the 2009-2010 season.
Thank you to seniors Michael Fowler, Amin Haririnia and Daniel Forstein for everything you gave to Whitman Basketball.

Summer BBall Camp Registration Underway
The 4th Annual Coach Lun and Fast Break Basketball Camp will be held this summer at Whitman HS. The dates are as follows:
Session 1: 6/22-6/26
Session 2: 6/29-7/3
Session 3: 7/6-7/10
Session 4: 7/27-7/31
Please note that incoming 9th graders are allowed to participate in camp.
