Welcome to the Web Site for the Zeeland West Dux Baseball Program. This site is set up to represent and promote the Zeeland West High School Varsity and JV Baseball teams. The DUX varsity team is headed up by Head Coach Jeff VanHuis (Ferris State)and Assistant Varsity Coach Nate VanPutten (Cornerstone University). The DUX JV team is headed up by JV Head Coach Matt Sattler(Hope College)and JV Assistant Coach Tim Yonker. The DUX home field is Zeeland West Baseball Field located on the corner of Riley and State Street in Zeeland MI. We thank you for touring our site. The Dux had a few bright spots but all in all a pretty rough game.

The Dux kept the bats hot in their 17 to 2 victory over Freedom Baptist

The Dux took the bats out of the bag and scored 16 runs with 2 Home Runs against NorthPointe Christian.

The Dux demonstrated some great skills in a close 2-1 lose to a strong Spring Lake team turning 2 double plays and holding them to a close 1 point game.

The DUX showed some character but came up short in the end. Still showing promise

Another very close back and forth game which shows some promise for the DUX future season.

The Dux show great potential this year with a 20 to 5 victory over Allendale Falcons.

Some rough edges to iron out but the Dux showed their grit with a good battle with the Forest Hills Eastern Hawks.
