Rutgers Certification Class

March 30, 2019 – 09:00 AM

The Oceanport Baseball Association will be hosting a Rutgers Certification class on Saturday March 30th from 9:00am -12:00pm at Blackberry Bay Pavilion. This class is required to coach any sport in Oceanport. It is free to Oceanport Baseball Association coaches and Oceanport Residents, anyone else can attend but they will have to pay for their materials.

2019 Oceanport Baseball Association Season

January 14, 2019

The 2019 Oceanport Baseball Association (OBA) season will begin in April 2019.

The following levels are being offered this year for boys and girls from Oceanport, West Long Branch and Sea Bright:

T-Ball

- Boys & Girls together in Kindergarten

- Each team will consist of 9-10 players/team

- Players hit off tees and run to first base and will have coaches pitch halfway through the season

OBA Coaches Meeting

There will be a Kick-off Meeting for all parents that are interested in coaching in February 2019.

We are especially encouraging parents who would like to coach at the T-Ball.
