EOC 2023-2024 Post Season Brackets
Welcome to the 2023-24 season!
Welcome back to another great season of youth basketball, games will begin 02 December!! This season we welcome North Rock Creek as a new member association, we are excited about the growth of the league and continued competition that now extends beyond the county borders. We also welcome several teams from the Carl Albert and Christian Heritage districts, these teams are represented by current member associations but could likely be official members in the future. Thank you for your support and good luck on the season!

Code of Conduct Reminder
Parents/Players/Coaches/Fans, please maintain good sportsmanship and treat all with respect and courtesy throughout the season. Remember the objective of our association, to allow kids the opportunity to play basketball and learn the fundamentals of the game. KEEP IT ABOUT THE KIDS!!!
EOC Basketball Rule Changes 2023-24 Season
The EOC Basketball Committee approved rule changes that are effective as of December 2nd, 2023. Those changes will impact the following areas:
- When a team has a 35 point lead, the game does not end, score keeping will stop but the game will continue until completion.
- Teams will no longer have the option of requesting additional games in lieu of the post season tournament.
- Ref coordinator fee is $150 per gym, as opposed to $150 per association.
- Officials will be paid $30 per game, as opposed to $25 per game.
As always, OSSAA rules apply unless a specific modification (press rules, goal heights, etc.) is listed in the EOCBA rules.
The following rule change was approved by the OSSAA and will be followed for EOCBA games for the 2023-24 season:
- A player may step out of bounds without penalty unless they are the first player to touch the ball after returning to the court or if they left the court to avoid a violation.
The following rule change was approved by the OSSAA but will NOT be followed for EOCBA games for the 2023-24 season:
1. Eliminating the one-and-one for common fouls beginning wiht the seventh team foul in the half and establishes the bonus as two free throws awarded for a common foul beginning with the team's fifth foul in each quarter and resets the fouls at the end of each quarter.
* EOCBA will continue 1-and-1 at 7 and 2 at 10, reset at the half

Gate Admission
Admission fees for adults will be $5.00 per day, per gym.
Admission fees for adults over the age of 62 will be $2.00 per day, per gym.
Admission for under the age of 18 will be free.
