News

Ref abuse is starting to become an issue with a select few parents and coaches.  There is a zero tolerance for this behavior.

The following will occur when a ref feels they have to implement this rule:

  1. If a spectator is at fault then the ref will pause the game and talk to the coaches to have it cease immediately.
  2. If still continues then that spectator must leave the field before game restarts.
  3. If a coach is at fault he will be given a one time warning.  If a second occurance happens it is a mandatory one game suspension.
  4. Refs will continue to do the necessary steps when it involves a player. Red cards will be issued to the repeating offenders.

**ALL warnings, yellow cards and red cards MUST be reported to Dave McNabb the day of the incident**

THIS IS NOT THE WORLD CUP!

The primary purpose of the Shore County Soccer League is to provide a soccer experience that occupies a middle ground between travel and recreational soccer in terms of time commitment, competitive intensity, cost, and travel. The program goal is to provide eligible players a wider range of playing options so that each player will experience enjoyment appropriate to his or her level of skill, and can have fun and improve at the game of soccer.

The result will be a richer environment for all kids and communities
