2018 Annual General Meeting

Please bring $200 Commitment Fee
Meeting to be held at Homewood Suites,
800 Jamieson Pkwy, Cambridge
All parents, coaches, assistant coaches, umpires, board members and other interested parties are welcome to attend the 1:00 p.m. event.
However, it is mandatory for one parent of every player to attend to file registration papers and pay the $200 Commitment Fee.
This fee goes towards team affiliation costs and will be deducted from registration fees.
Registration forms can be downloaded from the website, filled out, signed and brought to meeting.
We will have a limited number of forms at the meeting.
Volunteers will be recognized, elections will be held for new board members, reports will be read, and suggestions from the floor will be discussed.
We are accepting nominations for the following positions on the Board of Directors:
President
Vice President
Registrar
Secretary
Treasurer
PSWA Rep
Equipment Manager
Bingo Co-ordinator
Social Media Director/Webmaster
U.I.C.
Nominations may be put forward at the meeting, letter handed in stating what position you would like to volunteer for or in advance by contacting Tanya at tanyaco71@yahoo.com .
Proposed amendments to the constitution must be received in writing, by Sunday, September 16th, 2018. Proposed amendments may be submitted to Tanya Cole.
