Day 1:

Post 1 - 1, Rockland NY - 0

Chris Ludman pitched a gem, throwing 5 perfect innings to start before back to back infield singles to begin the 6th ended his no-hit bid. However, Eric Ludman bailed out his brother by catching a popped-up bunt and doubling up the runner at 2nd to end the threat. Jack Dubecq reached base with a single in the bottom of the 7th, before a booted ball put in play by Jacob Meisel allowed Post 1 to walk off with the opening round victory in the Mid-Atlantic Regionals. Ryan Bradigan picked up the win in relief, and Matt Poma added 2 hits for Post 1. Post 1 will play Severna Park, MD Thursday night.
