Lower Seeds are Home Team

Hello Blue Sox parents,

I hope you are enjoying your season and all is going well. We have received several questions regarding Blue Sox travel baseball for next year.

We wanted to communicate with all regarding travel baseball for 2019 season. We have been informed that some teams have elected to leave Manchester Baseball and go as an independent team. With that said we wanted all of you to know that we would love for all players to stay within the Manchester Baseball family.

We will be holding tryouts from (8U - 18U) in July of 2018 for all teams. Our goal is to continue to grow the travel program.

Over the next few years we are looking to make Manchester Baseball the premiere baseball choice within the Rec and Travel community.

If you are interested in staying with Manchester Baseball or even interested in being a coach please let us know. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Thank you,
Steve and Rob
Manchester Baseball Travel Coordinators

We will also be holding a meeting for any travel coach interested in coaching next year on Thursday July 12th at the North Carroll Senior center from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  It is extremely important for you to attend this meeting if you plan on coaching a travel team in 2019.

10U Blue Sox Team

Congratulations to our 10U Manchester Blue Sox - Runner-Up - PG Select Invitational Tournament.  The Blue Sox earned the #1 seed on Saturday going undefeated for the 2nd weekend in a row and defeated the Lake Shore Gray Sox in the semi-final on Sunday before falling by 2 runs in a tight championship game versus Calvert Tide who they had previously defeated on Saturday.  This was an invite only tournament event for the top teams in the state of Maryland.  Pictured left to right - bottom row: Liam Ziegenfuss, Aidan Hoffman, Gavin Larson, Tanner Robertson, Cayden Murray; top row:  Connor Callihan, Ryan Noel, Colby Howdyshell, Daniel Reynolds, Jake Dulski, Brandon Barrett.
