We are starting a boys league this year

Botkins Boys’ Basketball League

3^rd – 6^th Grades

Botkins will host a boys’ basketball league for 3^rd grade – 6^th grade. The league will run for 10 dates starting January 7 and ending March 11. Each team will play one game ($125) each Sunday unless you pay for two games ($225) All games will be held at the Botkins High School Gym. Times will be between 1:00 and 5:30 every Sunday. You may request game times and the type of competition weekly, I will be scheduling games weekly or two weeks at a time.

2. Each team will get a total of two timeouts(can be used in either half)

3. Shooting fouls- team will get one point and player will shoot one free throw

4. Common fouls will be taken out of bounds

5. On 7^th team foul, team will get one point and shoot one free throw

6. 4^th & 5^th  grades- man to man defense, pressing allow only last two minutes of second half ( No pressing if lead is over 10 points)

7. 6^th grades- any defense but no pressing if lead is over 10 points

8. Will provide game ball, bring yours for warm ups

9. No overtimes
