This scholarship fund will serve to preserve the memory of Mark S. Stroia. The proceeds from the fund will go towards: college expenses for his children, Sydney and Kyle, and to providing scholarships for deserving student athletes of Hoover High School.

- Who: Boys Entering 2nd through 8thGrades
- Where: North Canton Memorial Stadium
- Time: Rising 2nd through 6th 6:00 – 7:00 & Rising 7th& 8th 7:00 – 8:00
- Cost: $40
Hoover Coaches and members of the 2019 Hoover Lacrosse team will be conducting a funand competitivesummer league designed to improve individual skill and understanding of the game.
League Information and Highlights
· Format – 6 v 6 (including goalies) box style lacrosse - all players using short sticks
o Skill based play, stick checks only, NO BODY CHECKS.
· Roster Size – rosters will be limited to 11 and 15 players
· Wednesday Nights; June 12th, June 19th, 26th, & July 10th
o four nights of lacrosse
· Boys are grouped together based on age and skill level
o Rising 2nd - 4thgrades, Rising 5th/ 6thGrades, & Rising 7th/ 8thGrades
· Each day will consist of instruction and a game with two 15 minute running halves.
· All players must have helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm guards, mouth guard and protective cup to participate. Cleats (no metal tips) are recommended. Players will provide their own reversible.
