FEBA GOALS
1. Is to enhance a childs ability , atheletism, and understanding of the game of basketball.
2. We promote family members involvement.
3. We strive on honesty, leadership, and competiveness improvement.
4. Have coaches at the higest skill level, and knowlege to improve a players development.
5. Promote team awareness and leadership in the community.
Coaches Responsibilities
To work with each team members' physical skills, temperment, and knowlege on basketball in order to bring them to a higher skill level. Remember, basketball is a team sport. We work hard at a intense level of practice, in which turns into success and a winning state of mind.
Franchise Elite Basketball Association Coaches will be responsible for assessing penalties for improper behaver or violations of club rules. This may include suspension from a game or dismissal from team. Coaches objective is to provide a continuous and proper learning enviroment.
Players Expectations
1. A player must show total committment to the game of basketball.
2. Give 100% effort at all time by hardwork, hustle, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
3. Follow all FEBA rules.
4. No profanity, racial slurs, or descrimination of any kind towards others.
5. No unsportsmanlike conduct of any source.
6. No fighting teamates or other athletes.
7. No disrespecting of game officials.
8. No disrespecting and underminding coaches.
9. Attend all practices and scheduled events { unless player has notified coaches of other committment.
10. Grades in school are kept atleast at a C average.
11. Must follow AAU guidelines.
Parents Expectations
1. Support your team player.
2. Possesses high moral principals and set examples for others. { remember children are watching}!
3. Get involved with basketball and your team player.
4. Reframe from any profanity, racial slurs, or any other issues that may distract our team focus.
5. Parents are responsible for helping with transportation to tournaments, practices, and invited clinics.
6. Parents must help with lodging, meals, and exspences for their teammate.
7. Parents are exspected to heip oversee with the care for team players. ( Remember the team comes first.)
8. Must be fair and honest toward others.
9. Not stir up problems or issues with other parents.
10. Must follow AAU guidelines.
Fundraising
All parents and players are expected to be invold in funraising events.
