Welcome to springvalleysports.com, home of the adult and youth sports programs offered through the Spring Valley Gymnasium. We are proud to offer some of the best leagues for adults and kids in the San Diego area. Whether your game is basketball, volleyball, or indoor soccer, you will find something at the Spring Valley Gym!
Sign up for one of our adult leagues by completing either the Team Registration Form or Free Agent Registration Form available on this website. For youth sports registration, please call or visit us at the Spring Valley Gym.
As part of the San Diego County Parks and Recreation Department, we also offer softball, baseball, football, and soccer programs through our partners in the community at the nearby Sweetwater Lane Sports Complex. In cases of inclement weather, please call our field status hotline at 619-463-1727 for up to date information.
