PRACTICE LOCATIONS

HERE IS A LIST OF LOCATIONS APPROVED FOR PRACTICE. THE SCHOOL SITES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MILLVIEW.

PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLY WITH OUR SCHOOLS REQUESTS AND SHARE THE FIELDS.

TIMES ALLOWED  TO USE THESE LOCATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

COACHES PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ASK ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS TO CLEAN UP AFTER PRACTICE TO HELP KEEP THESE FACILITIES CLEAN AND RESPECT THE PROPERTY.

                          !!! IF IT IS OVER 100 DEGREES ALL PRACTICES MUST BE CANCELLED !!!

Reminder...we are still in need of additional Board Members.  Please contact any Board Member to apply.

IMPORTANT: MYSL requires that all coaches, asst. coaches, managers, trainers & any other persons in an assistive role with any team associated with MYSL must complete a 1650 Form (coach registration) form as required by CYSA rules/guidelines. Any person found to be working with any team without a completed form will be asked to immediately step down until the form is turned into the MYSL board. We thank you for your understanding as this is a safety issue for the children & their families.

Please obtain F license Part 1 thru an online course.

Click on National F (on the left side of page). Watch the video then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "click here" to register. At the bottom of the page tap "Sign Up". Print out the Certificate.

2017 Player Registration - Print yourself and bring with you on a registration day.  Registration forms will be available there as well.

1650 - Required for every Coach and Team Parent.

LLive Scan - Required for every Coach and Team Parent.
Bring with you to the Madera UPS or Sheriff's Department to be fingerprinted.
