Monday AM Dry land 5:45-6:45, PM Swim 3:15-5:30

Tuesday AM Specialty 5:45-6:45, PM Swim 3:15-5:30

Wednesday AM Specialty 5:45-6:45, PM Swim 3:15-5:30

Thursday AM Specialty 5:45-6:45, PM Swim 3:15-5:30

Friday AM Off, PM Swim 3:15-5:30

Saturday Swim TBA, unless we have a meet!
