As of now, all meetings will be via Zoom conference call using the below information.? If environmental conditions allow, we will reevaluate and potentially move to in-person training at a later date.? ?On field mechanics will be scheduled once teams are available for scrimmage scheduling.

All are welcome to attend, either as potential new members, volunter umpires at the league level looking for additional training, as well as league representatives, managers, coaches, etc. looking for additional information, understanding, or rule clarifications.

The Diamond State Umpire Association offers experienced, skilled, certified umpires for Little Leagues located in New Castle County Delaware. We are able to provide services for Majors, Juniors, Seniors, and Big League for both baseball and softball.
If you are interested in becoming an umpire, or simply gaining a better understanding of the rules and mechanics of the position, please join us at our next regularly scheduled meeting.
Our meetings begin at 7PM and are held at the American Legion Stahl Post @ 3 Jackson Ave, New Castle, DE 19720.
