Changes to keep in mind and you will need to know your conference for schedules, standings and more. Conferences are broken down to the following:
National- Central, Dallastown, NEYSA, SEYFA, Spring Grove, West York and York Boys Club
American- Dover, Eastern, LEFA, New Oxford, Red Lion, Susquehannock and York Suburban.
