About our league
The Junior Baseball League is sponsored and administered by the Piscataway Township Department of Recreation. The program is offered free of charge to Piscataway residents ages 13-15.

Piscataway residents ages 13, 14, and 15 are eligible. Players must turn 13 before May 1, 2009 and cannot turn 16 until after April 30, 2009. The league will be comprised of one division in which 13, 14, and 15 year olds will compete together. All players must register in the Recreation Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 27, 2009. Birth certificates must be provided at the time of registration. Copies are acceptable. All players regardless of skill level will be placed on teams according to a player draft. Mandatory tryouts will be held in late March 2009. Dates and times for tryouts will be provided at registration.
Registration will be accepted from February 9, 2009 through February 27, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and also on the evening of Thursday, February 26, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All players, both new and returning, must register. All registration forms must be accompanied by the Model Code of Conduct form, which must be signed by both parents.
