**Notes on the Fields

John Hardin is located at 384 W A Jenkins Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701

**You will need to enter the Football Complex to get to the JH Main Field and Field 2.

**The Bluegrass Field is located beside the parking lot of the John Hardin Fields

**Field 2 at JH doesn't have bleachers so bring chairs. The Bluegrass Field has a small section of bleachers

on the home side.

**Admission is $10 for the weekend for all fields. Ages 5 and under Free. Wristbands must be worn for entry.

 ** In 8u the top 4 teams advance to championship play while seeds 5 & 6 play a consolation game.

** Visiting team on the Scoreboard must provide 3 people to work chains.

**Tiebreakers are broken in the following order

1. Head to Head
2. Points Allowed
3. Point differential (Max 25pts per game)
4. Coin Toss

 TOURNAMENT INFO!!

We are excited to announce that the dates for the 2019 tournament have been set. This tournament will be one of the best youth football tournaments that you will find in the state of Kentucky. We take pride in hosting tournaments that are competitive, fair and fun for the kids.

All of our officials are KHSAA certified and referee High School and sometimes college games. We strictly enforce our weight and age restrictions.

Tournaments will be held at local High Schools and the Elizabethtown Sports Park.

See the section at the top titled Forms> RULES, to see the rules for each age group. ALL teams are required to turn in a team binder at weigh ins, which includes birth certificates and pictures for all players, and PROOF OF INSURANCE. Insurance can be through your league but must cover your allstar/travel team. Birth certificates must be original or certified copy. Pictures can be group or individual.  Binders will be returned after your last game.

*Spot checks of players will be done by the Tournament Directors. Any team found falsifying birth certificates or attempting to play ineligible players will be immediately disqualified from the tournament and no refunds will be given.

*Players are only allowed to play in one age group during the tournament and must be listed on the official team roster.

*7U & 8U only- 1 coach will be allowed on the field during offense and defense. Coaches are not allowed to touch players once the play has started and must make every attempt to get out of the way of the play going on. Failure to do so can result in a 15 yard unsportsmanlike penalty.

7th Annual Bluegrass Bowl: November 23-24. Age groups 7u-12u. Entry fee is $250. Discount to $225 if you bring multiple teams from the same organization. GATE IS $10 PER PERSON FOR THE WEEKEND. ALL LOCATIONS COVERED. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN. 5 & UNDER FREE. PLAYERS FREE WITH JERSEY. 3 game guarantee, weather permitting. Forfeits count as a game played with a 7-0 victory. NO REFUNDS will be given after the last day to Pay. MVP award will be given for each game. Winner and runner-up of each age group will receive team and individual awards. Make checks payable to HFI.

**Registration for the Bluegrass Bowl will close on November 8, 2019. Payments are Due by Nov 15, 2019.

***ANY TEAM CAUGHT playing ineligible players based on our tournament ages will be IMMEDIATELY disqualified from the tournament and not allowed to return. No refunds will be given!
