Registration for the 2010 Season

Registration dates for the upcoming season are:

Dec 8th and 9th - Amesti School (art room)

6:00pm - 8pm both nights

Jan 19th and 20th - EA Hall School (cafeteria)

6:00pm - 8:00pm both nights

Ages 5-12 as of May 1st 2010

$75 T-Ball

$90 Farm - Major

Multiple child discounts are available

Please bring birth certificate (if new to league)

and 3 proofs of residence.

The easiest proofs are:

1. Drivers License

2. Car registration

3. Car or house insurance

4. Medical records

5. School records

6. Banking/Employment records

Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)

Three utility bills (three items from the above) constitute only ONE document

To save time and gas you can always sign up and pay online as well.

It's the same cost and you can fax, email, or snail

mail the residence and birth certificate copies.

No extra processing charges this year for online registration!
