    4th Annual Great Lakes Baseball Pitching & Catching Camp
    Pymatuning Valley High School December 6, 2009

    4th-6th Grade 10:00-12:00

    7th-12th Grade 1:00-4:00

    Cost of Attending the Camp

    4th-6th Grade is $50 after the camp deadline, $60
    7th -12th Grade $75 after the camp deadline, $85
    Space is Limited. Please Register by December 1st

    Camp Instructors

    Eddie Santa is one of the most respected baseball people in the Midwest. A product of Pittsburgh, PA Eddie played for the University of Richmond. After college, Eddie played professionally with the New York Mets and eventually landed at Kent State as a Graduate Assistant to Hall of Fame coach Bob Todd in 1986. In 1988 he moved to Ohio State with Coach Todd. In 1992, Eddie became an Area Scout with the Colorado Rockies. Eddie also runs two very successful showcases in Wixom, MI and Morgantown, WV.

    Nick Venuto, the pride of Massilon, Ohio, played from 1986-1988 for Bob Todd at Kent State. After being drafted by, the Oakland A’s in the 8th round, Nick spent time in their minor league system as a starting pitcher. After his playing career was finished, Nick was an assistant coach at Ohio State. Currently, Venuto is a scout for the Houston Astros. and is one of the most sought after pitching instructors in Stark and Summit Counties.

    From the North: Take SR 7 South to US 6 West. Pymatuning Valley High School is 1 mile west of the Andover Town Square on US Route 6. or Take Route 11 South to US Route 6 and head East. Pymatuning Valley High School is 8 miles past Route 11 on the left.

    From the South: Take Route 11 North to US Route 6 and head East. Pymatuning Valley High School is 8 miles past Route 11 on the left.

    From the East: Take Route 85 West to the Town Square in Andover and follow US Route 6 West. Pymatuning Valley High School is 1 mile west of the Andover Town Square on US Route 6.

    From the West: Take US Route 6 East. Pymatuning Valley High School is 8 miles past Route 11 on the left.
