The Fire Hawks are looking to bring aboard additional players to round off the spring roster. Preferably positions C,OF,M-IF, 3B and P players. Pitchers are of special interest. Please inquire, Team Manager: Rich Maloney for details, email: FIREHAWKS@OPTONLINE.NET

    - Baseball Years -

There are times I stare into the deep blue sky on a mid-fall day
and think of the days gone past.

The rush you get when you hear fans cheering.

The chill in the air as you hit the baseball.

Rounding the bases, with only the thought of reaching the next.

Safe, the umpire yells, and the moment passes.

Now in my mid-years I walk the baseball diamond
several days a week and re-live those games, as day dreams.

They all seem so wonderful, even the ones that did not go our way.

The joy of youth is now played out, through coaches eyes.
