2009-2010 Winter Programs
November 16, 2009 - February 26, 2010 Youth, Middle School & High School API offers a well-rounded, multi-dimensional approach to performance enhancement to today's student-athlete. API training programs are designed based on the athlete's age, sport, medical history, athletic ability and training experience. API utilizes a low coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure safe and effective training for each athlete. API offers the following age-specific programs to ensure appropriate training and progression for each athlete: - Junior API (ages 9 - 11)
- Middle School Athletes (ages 12-13)
- High School Athletes (ages 14-18)

Fall Baseball 2009 Updated Information
August 13, 2009
Fall team rosters will be released to the coaches on August 22. Expect a call from your coach between August 22 and 24. Team practices will begin the week of August 24. The first Friday clinic is September 11 with the first fall league Sunday games on September 13. The season ends Sunday, November 1. A schedule of events are listed at the bottom of this web page. US Naval Academy to Instruct at Fall Friday Clinic

The US Naval Academy has confirmed that the Navy baseball team and coaches will instruct at one of the September Friday evening clinics. The exact date will be firmed up at the end of August. This is the most popular of the Friday clinics. The midshipmen not only instruct but also talk to the players about their experiences at the Academy.
Friday Evening Fall Instructional Clinic Registration

The fall baseball Friday Evening Instructional Clinics are also available for those players who do not wish to participate in the regular Sunday fall league games. The "Clinic Only" option is available at Camps On Line Registration. The cost is $55 for six sessions. The first Clinic is schedule for Friday, September 11 and will continue for consecutive Fridays until all six have been completed. Note: For players who have register for the regular fall baseball program, the Clinics are included in the registration fee.
Bull Roast Roaring Success

The third annual Bull and Oyster Roast on May 16 was a great success. Over 350 parents attend the event. Ninety silent auction items were sold off along with airline tickets, vacation condos and sports memorabilia. The funds raised by the Roast will be used by the Green Hornets' baseball program for equipment, field improvements and training clinics. Thank you for your support!!
