Core Speed and Conditioning Training

Core Speed and Conditioning Training for all Line Drive Express Players: Every Tuesday and Thursday at Hangtime Sports. Cost: $10 per session/ Pay as you go. Will last between an hour to hour and a half. Professional Trainer (Jason Nolan Speed and Performance) to do all sessions. For More Information contact Doug Hill or Kelly Church at Hangtime Sports. Great for all sports, especially Softball Players!!!! Go Express!!! NOTICE: THIS TRAINING WILL NOT BE HELD FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES: NOV.24TH, NOV.26TH AND DEC.22ND, DEC.24TH, THRU THE END OF THE YEAR. THEN WE WILL START BACK UP WITH 4 WEEK SESSIONS TWICE A WEEK AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR.DETAILS TO FOLLOW... THANK YOU ALL FOR SUPPORTING JASON AND OUR CLUB!!!
