The Long Beach Bulldog Football League is a member of the NCYFL and play our games during football season in Nassau County against other member teams (ncyflfootball.com for more info).
The LB Bulldogs sponsor teams from 7yrs of age to 13yrs of age. Each team adheres to strict weight and age policies (weights and ages described in chart on welcome page). We begin registration in March and begin practices the 1st week of August. The season runs to late October. Each team plays 8 games, 4 home (played at the Long Beach Middle School) and 4 away games. Each team is coached by 5 volunteer coaches. Teams' practice 3 times per week with a game usually played on Sunday.
All teams compete in a COMPETITVE travel program, we strive to instruct and teach solid fundamentals in a competitive environment. Playoffs begin at the 8 yr old level.
Registration fees are $195. We provide each player with all necessary equipment except cleats and cup. No child is turned away. Look forward to seeing everyone for the 2017 season!
Flag Football is available for BOYS AND GIRLS ages 5 and 6. The Flag football will follow the rules and regulations of NFL Youth Flag Football. Flag Football meets on Saturday Mornings/Afternoons. The cost of this program will be $65.00.
