May 30, 2004: AXE Sports Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Charitable, Non-Profit Organization promoting amateur softball for youths in the North Texas area. The Association's club, the AXE Fastpitch Softball Club, is a highly competitive ASA club which plays at various local, regional, state and national tournaments and/or leagues. The AXE Club strives to be a well-balanced program that will enhance the youths playing ability and personal demeanor as champion representatives for the sport of fastpitch softball as well as our community, state and sponsors.
Latest Club Information
AXE Sports Association, Inc. is now set-up to collect your monthly dues, new player registration fees and sponsorship donations through Paypal online. Simply go to the "Pay Dues Online" menu and click on the appropriate button to pay. Make sure you select the proper team from the drop-down box above the "Pay Now" button. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and through your own Paypal account. Please be aware that the payment amounts are a little higher than mailing to cover processing fees.

AXE Sports Association, Inc. is pleased to inform our members and the general public that upon review
of our application for tax exempt status the United States Government has determined that
we are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contributions to AXE are deductible under section 170 of the code. AXE is also qualified to receive tax deductible
bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code.
It has also been determined that AXE Sports Association, Inc. is now classified as a Public Charity
under the Code Section 509(a)(2).

AXE Sports Association, Inc. is a highly competitive group of ASA/USSSA teams who will play tournaments and leagues at various local, regional, state and national levels. AXE Sports Association strives to be a well-balanced program that will enhance the youths' playing ability and personal demeanor as champion representatives for sponsors.
The money donated to the organization will be used for uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, tournament expenses, etc. Because of our tax-exempt status, all monies donated to AXE Sports Association, Inc. qualify for an IRS tax credit.
