Welcome to our website! We are the Big League Sports Academy Chaparrals, formerly the Texas Warriors. The 12u American team is managed and coached by Bryan Gibson. He is assisted by Javier Soltero, Sr. and Steve Barton. Together, they plan to form one of the best select teams in the Mesquite area where they will compete in BBI League play, Super Series, USSSA and Triple Crown tournaments around the Metroplex. The ultimate goal of the Chaparrals is to win the Super Series 12u American Division National Tournament this summer in Collierville, Tennessee.

OUR MISSION
We will teach the strategy of baseball. We will teach the value of teamwork, sportsmanship and to have self-confidence. Our goal is to prepare these young men for high school baseball by developing a routine that will continually push them to improve their individual skills, while also striving to achieve team and personal goals through constant repetitive conditioning, committment and performance.
We will instill the importance of academic excellence . We will encourage our young men to become leaders and to be responsible for their actions.
We will teach our team to have respect for the game, for their teammates and themselves. We will win with character, lose with dignity....and play every game as if it is our last.
Ultimately, we will play with heart and have fun!.
