Registration
You may register on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Equipment Shed.
Items Needed for Registration:
- Registration Fee (Acceptable forms of payment include credit card/money order)
- Proof of Residency (Ex. Driver’s license, Non-driver’s license by MVA, deed to home along w/picture ID, etc.)
- Copy of Registrant(s) Birth Certificate (New members only)
- Current Photo (head shot, front facing, no larger than 2"x3") (New members only)
In addition to the registration fee, an additional $25 will be collected at the time of registration for raffle tickets. The drawing will be held in December of the current year.
A $10 discount, per child, will be provided for registration of multiple children from the same family.

Action Sports Photography is HERE!!!!!
JBJ Studios specializes in action sports photography and covers everything from football to track. Your child may have been captured in one of these exciting photos. JBJ Studios have been working with CBGC and other groups for over 3 years providing quality photos and lasting memories. What better way to celebrate an athletic triumph than to turn an action shot of your athlete into a custom designed poster or Fat Head? They make great awards or gifts for any athlete no matter the level of play.

CBGC Mission
The Clinton Boys & Girls Club (CBGC) is a non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers. Our mission is to promote the welfare of our youth through training and instructions, as well as, nurture the basic principles of good sportsmanship. We take great pride in matriculating a properly supervised athletic program that is strongly supported by committed and caring volunteers who work extremely hard to keep the CBGC operating.
Refund Policy
Clinton Boys & Girls Club does not issue refunds with the exception of limited reasons such as medical (documentation must be provided), no available team, etc. You may however, transfer your child(ren)'s registration to another sport.
