    FLY RIGHT
    MEN'S UPPER DIVISION SOFTBALL

    FLY RIGHT FALL 2009 CHAMPIONS!
Alright! It's final. FALL 09 Champs. Good thing we didn't give up at the start of this thing sitting 0-2.

Thanks to everyone for not throwing in the towel and sticking as a team regardless of who was struggling on any given night.
I believe there were fewer errors this season than many seasons past. More double plays and pick-offs were made as well as the mound being dominated by the awesome pitching staff...Thank You Paul, Steve, and Roger.

The last game wasn't pretty. Only scoring 9 and a very questionable last play at home plate could have gave us a 7-3 record instead of 8-2. Good thing we are not in the BCS rankings!

    BRYAN DAUDEL
Bryan racked up a .812 this season and will also take home the Annual Bobble Head Award for Fall 09. Bryan has played second base like a trooper this season and his underhanded throws to first are now a coveted patend throw to first.

    TED RAMIREZ
Ted averaged .516 and has made many clutch hits to keep a rally going throughout the season! Did you know Ted is a pitcher for another elite Farm Club?

    DARREN FERONA
Darren went .636 on the season and is a natural base-hitter. No matter where he was placed on the roster, he never quit or complained.

    KENNY BICE
Kenny is a true clutch hitter and knows exactly where he wants to hit that ball. Ken went .722 for the Fall and almost gave Bryan a scare...almost!

    RUSSELL ANDERSON
The Laser Russell hit for .682 and would have done better if it weren't for those late nights in Vegas!

    PAUL DURHAM
The Dr. put away the bats of many opponents and hit .565 on the season. Thanks for keeping us in this one!

    ROGER MONTGOMERY
Roger was a multi-task player this season covering every position as well as pitching. He went .514 this time and is always ready to play.

    PAUL LOPEZ
Paul hit hard and developed a half-swing which came in handy when he had to unflex his muscles. Paul went .639 on the season. Loves diving at fly balls!

    RUDY SORIA
Rudy. The only guy on the squad that didn't ask when game time was. He actually read the schedule! Rudy went .679 and is another HR Phenom.

    STEVE POTTER
Steve came through as a pitcher and covered a multitude of bases. Steve went .571 and hits hard. Great attitude! He's the guy on the right.

    ERIC "BIG COUNTRY" DAHLEN
Upcoming powerhouse swung for .600 and gets an "A" for Sportmanship all season long!

    JAKE KIDD
The "Kidd" came in late but kept the balance and crushed the ball every time at the plate. He came in to play SS and is a Natural Born Ball player. He went .889 playing in 6-games...watch out Bry!

    NEXT SEASON
Even though we know it will be a very cold Winter Ball season... the roster is busting at the seams. Thanks for all those willing to commit to a team...especially this team. I will keep it at 12-men, really 11...what do I really do anyway except keep stats. Oops, secret is out!

I haven't been able to establish a lay-a-way plan for team fees yet. Working on it. So if ya can get the season fee of $25.00 in as soon as possible it will be greatly appreciated.

Also... I went ahead and ordered the long sleeve shirts...went over our voucher which was not much at all. It's an extra $5.00..payable after you pay Santa if its in your budget.

Toys for Kids Tourney coming soon...Full Roster again!
