We are in the process of conducting fall/winter registrations for basketball. The deadline is October 3. Register with online feature or print forms from REGISTRATION FORMS and mail in. For more information click on Available Activities and select BASKETBALL.
The purpose of this website is to let the community know what is going on in the Four Oaks Civitan and help the players, fans, and parents of the Four Oaks Civitan youth programs to be better informed. If you need information concerning a specific activity click on "Available Activities" for more information.
Congratulations to the Four Oaks girls on the U14 Johnston County Tar Heel Softball All Star team for winning the State Tournament held in North Wilkesboro July 17-19.
Congratulations to the Four Oaks boys for winning the District All Star Tournament held in Smithfield as well as taking 5th place in the State Tournament held in North Wilkesboro July 17-19.
Congratulations to the Four Oaks girls on the U8 Johnston County Babe Ruth All Star softball team for winning their District tournament as well as taking 2nd place in the State Tournament.
The community is proud of you.

Concession Stand
This is a volunteer organization and we must rely on our members and others to help man the concession stand since many of our members are also the coaches to the teams we field. We will post team obligations for concession stand duty here and they can also be found under handouts.
