Please take this time away from school to enjoy your family during Thanksgiving Break.
Winter Workouts start the first Tuesday after Football Playoffs end. Then it will be Tuesday & Thursday 2:30pm to 4pm. Monday and Friday will be just 6th period workouts and Wednesday's are Conditioning Class.
Club fee for WW is $20 and AAU card (for those players who did not get one yet, Info is below in AAU Signups)

2010 Baseball Schedule:
The 2010 Serra Baseball Schedule is complete. The March 2nd Scrimmage is against West Hills HS, Varsity at HOME, JV away. JV will have one more scrimmage on March 5th at Home vs Mission Bay. Click on SCHEDULES to view the Varsity opponents. Var & JV play in the Bully's Tournament and City Conference Tournament. JV will NOT play a Spring Break tournament yet some players may be brought up to the Varsity. This information is subject to change but given to you (parents) in advance so players do not miss any time during the regular season for vacations or medical appointments. Teams for the Bully's and Lion's will be posted once the tourney brackets are finalized.
There are some changes in this years schedule:
Morse HS is out of the Eastern League making it a 6 team league with 10 League Games. First Varsity game is against Marantha Christian on the 4th of March. The last game versus Orange Glen is a VAR/JV double-header at OG with both games starting at 3:30. Also, Serra has switched from the Christian Patriot Tournament to the more difficult Bully's tournament. Instead of heading north for Spring Break we will stay in San Diego and compete in the Lion's Tournament which we won in 2008.

First Day of Fall Workouts is Tuesday Sept. 15th at 6:30am in the Weight-room. Workouts will continue til Dec 1st which leads right into Winter Workouts. You must have your AAU receipt to participate. See you there... DO WORK!

Happy Decade Anniversary Frosh
Our Freshman Baseball club started 10 years ago and remains a staple in our program. We at Serrabaseball.com would like to salute the first ever Baseball Club team in school History. The 2000 squad finished one game out of making it to the playoff finals, and then went to the finals the next year. If you were part of this team, please get on the forum and let us know how you are doing.
The 2000 Frosh team had one player become a Serra coach, one player who has a brother still in our program, two players who played college baseball and many that went on to become successful in school, the military and now full-time jobs. Here they are:

Year-Round Fundraiser

I would like you to SAVE all your recyclables (Cans and plastic bottles) from now till the end of the season. Ask your neighbors, friends, family to do the same and have them donate them to you/Serra baseball. Recycle them and give the payment to your parents.
