Beef & Beverage Fundraiser Night!!
It's time to party and help the Ramblers raise some much needed funds! We're having a Beef & Beverage Night on Saturday, June 6th at the Sharon Hill American Legion #193 on Folcroft Avenue!
The donation prices for tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. We will have food, drinks, dancing and games. There will be plenty of fundraising opportunities, so be prepared to for many chances to help the team that you love best!
We'll be partying from 8pm - 12am, so bring your dancing shoes and a buddy or two to keep you company! If you need more information, please contact Tom Schrapfer at 610-586-6054. Hope to see you all there!
Volunteers and Coaches needed for next season!
The last game of the season isn't the end of the season for the Rambler Organization! Meetings continue year round and we need help during the winter to plan for the next upcoming season. Also, we need coaches for football and cheerleading. The sooner we have our coaches in place, the more time we have to plan for a successful season. In order to have a well-organized organization, we need to start now! Meetings are every third Monday of the month in the Sharon Hill Borough Hall upstairs. Meetings start at 7:30pm.
Homecoming Success!
Homecoming was a huge success! There are so many people who need to be thanked for their efforts toward making Homecoming special. First and foremost an ENORMOUS thank you goes out to the players, cheerleaders and coaches! You all did an awesome job and should be proud!
A HUGE thank you goes out to all of the parents and volunteers that lent their services from the very beginning with planning, setting up and decorating, running the tables and cleaning up and breaking down the field. Without you, your help and baked goods, none of it would have been possible!
A big thank you goes out to the fans for getting hyped and showing serious support to their favorite team! The kids truly appreciated seeing such strong support and love! There are probably a huge collection of hoarse people out there now!
A very big thank you to the current and alumni cheerleaders, Dawn Richman and all involved in planning and executing such a touching tribute to Faith Sinclair.
Last, but certainly not least, a sincere thank you goes out to Frank Hughes of Hughes Photography for capturing all of the action and special moments. He also donated the beautiful portrait of Faith Sinclair that he had taken years ago and was displayed on her memorial table to her family. You can view and purchase the photos from his website at Huges Photography. Be sure to order extra prints of your favorite moments to share with your family!
Volunteers Needed!!
The continued success of our organization is up to you!
You have the power and ability to have a significant impact on the youth of our community. Volunteers are desperately needed to help out at the snack stand, providing transportation for practices and games, setting up and breaking down the field at home games, and overall fan support for the boys and girls that are giving their all on the field.
It's not a paying job, but the reward in the end is shown in the faces of each child. Now's the time to step up and get involved!
